Supporting children's health and girls' education

School children in rural areas are equipped with tooth brushking skills to prevent dental caries. We help girls in rural areas complete secondary school and enter tertiary institutions. Retention is enhanced through personal support and peer mentoring. We also reintergrate girls from correctional facilities into their communities, through skills training.

Local, Sustainable, Impactful Solutions

Ghana Women’s Voices foundation (GWV) provides women-centered solutions to challenges faced by women and children in their bid to develop and maximize their resources.

Our girls education interventions are built on the belief in the power of the educated girl/woman to make her home a better place

Our Promise

A lot of girls are falling behind. Our promise is to educate and empower them, through local strategies such as bursaries, mentorship & skills training.

What We Do

We work in ensuring that communities we serve experience the benefits of education in order to drive positive actions in support of education and development.

Who We Are

Our mentors are mostly Ghanaian women from various professional backgrounds (education, law, health sciences, engineering, business and art).

Girls Impacted in Numbers

From children and girls in villages to those in marginalized urban communities, our impact is spread across.
